• Deposits and milestone payments are non‑refundable once work commences unless otherwise stated.

Client responsibilities

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of pre‑existing IP, frameworks, and reusable components. Upon full payment, you receive a license or assignment to project‑specific deliverables as stated in your agreement. You grant us a limited right to reference your project in portfolios and case studies (you may opt out by emailing info@itsolutionnyc.com).

Acceptable use

Third‑party services
